Le Grande Chill: Freezing Temps Fail to Jolt T's From Post-Trip Torpor

Ounja tries to feast on grass-cicles on the frozen field

Dateline Normandy -- Paris is not burning. Nor is Limesy for that matter. In fact, all of France has been swallowed up in arctic cold since the return of the T's from the mild climes of the southern U.S. From snowstorms that effectively shut down the southern port town of Marseille to the frozen tundra at Chateau Blanc, the Big Chill has arrived. The result for the T's? Doing nuttin' but sitting by the fire with a glass of red and trying to burn as few calories as possible and recover from Post-Trip-Stupor-Syndrome. The only thing able to stir them from their roost has been daily trips to the duck pond to break ice so that the ``full-figured'' geese don't become hostage to the glacial water. The chickens are peacocks have also needed daily warm-ups of their drinking supplies that ice up throughout the day. To reward themselves for enduring this cold reception, the T's are heading to Rome this weekend in order to warm themselves up with pasta, pasta, pasta. Arrivederci Normandy freddo glaciale, ohe pizza! ~30~

Stephen, the picture this week is lovely. Sounds like the "cold" is pressing down on the T's. The trip to Italy will be a welcome "warm-up" in many ways. Will be anxious to hear about the trip and see the pictures. Hope the T's recovery is progressing at a rapid pace.

Thanks for the update........
