All in the Family....

Dateline Normandy -- The T's were finally able to stop moaning about the weather and took advantage of the sunny weekend to weed and plant in the veggie garden. P was especially keen to lend a helping hand when not busy trying to determine the soil-alkaline factor by digesting a handful of dirt clods. Gaston, always making sure he's not excluded from T-family activities, even got into the act by trying to dig for China -- unfortunately around the lettuce where no such excavation was needed (see photo above). The T's so far are satisfied with the progress of the lettuce -- which will soon be ready for summer salads -- and the presence of some baby tomatoes, which is already a bigger success than last year. Perhaps the T's are on the way to giving ole Doubting Jacky a dose of the ole `American Can-Do,' though they're not counting their eggplants before they hatch. ~30~

Your photography skills are only surpassed by your writing/composition skills. So impressed with your garden! Perry continues to turn into this beautiful little boy. The close-up of him was my favorite picture this week.
Thanks again for taking the time to share your lives (and Perry) with us.
