Dateline Normandy -- We can't blame the J-Man for doubting our gardening skills, but still. Our Mr.-Know-It-All gardener couldn't even really be bothered with a snicker when we informed him of our plans, like last summer, to field a vegetable garden. Mostly it was met with a shaking of the head. Indeed, last year's effort was a little lacking, mostly due to time constraints, what with the new papoose and all, and S's comings and goings to Par-ee. While we had some impressive success with the lettuce, the broccoli, tomato and strawberry plants lacked spirit, and that's being kind. However, a new day has dawned and the T's are committed to recolting some fine, organic veggies this year. Jacky may well be surprised by the spunky Am-ur-i-cans this time around. If not, we're sure to hear about it. Au jardin alors! ~30~

If Jackie isn't impressed, I am! My tomato plants are improving daily. Am trying the upside procedure....along with the traditional planing.
P is definitely the most handsome of the buddy group.
